Annual Christmas Celebration

about our celebration and what it means

Good News:

  • The angel's announcement to the shepherds, "I bring you good news of great joy for all the people," encapsulates the core message of Christmas.

Incarnation:

  • Christmas celebrates the incarnation of God in the form of Jesus, the Son of God becoming human.

Love and Grace:

  • Christmas is a reminder of God's immeasurable love and grace for the world, demonstrated through his Son.

Each year, the Mount Bethel Church of God EHT, Inc. family and staff come together to plan, prepare, and host our Annual Christmas Celebration for children and families within our ministry and throughout the surrounding community. This special celebration allows us to welcome families into a warm and loving environment where they can enjoy fellowship, a hot Christmas meal, and gifts for children and youth up to age 17. Through the generous annual support of We Are the Children, along with funds raised by Mount Bethel Church throughout the year, we are blessed to make this meaningful outreach possible. For us, Christmas is more than a celebration—it is an opportunity to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through service, generosity, and compassion for others. As we gather together, we honor the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah whose coming was foretold in the Old Testament. His birth represents God's love and grace entering the world through His Son, bringing the gift of salvation, hope, and reconciliation to humanity. It brings great joy to our hearts to celebrate Christ while extending His love beyond the walls of our church and embracing families in our community through the true spirit of giving.

We take pride in the love that is expressed each year through our actions of love and kindness!
